Ferrero Rocher treat box tutorial

 

Hallo zusammen,

nach dem letzten Blog bin ich gefragt worden, wie ich die kleinen Boxen gemacht habe und dachte mir ich mach eine kleine Bilderanleitung.

following my last post I was asked how I made the Little boxes and I decided to make a short Picture tutorial.

Ich habe angefangen mit einem Stück Farbkarton Flüsterweiß in den Maßen 12,7 cm x 12,7 cm.  

I started with a piece of whisper white cardstock that measured 12,7 cm x12,7 cm.

 

Ich habe es mit den leider ausgelaufenen Stempelsets Papaya Collage und Sommermorgen zu einem persönlichen Designerpapier gemacht.

I stamped it with the retired sets Papaya Collage and Morning Meadow to create my own DSP.

 

 

 Danach habe ich es mit dem Stanz- und Falzbrett für Umschläge erst bei 3,7 cm und dann bei 9 cm gestanzt und gefalzt.

Afterwards I punched and scored it with the Envelope Punch Board at 3,7 cm and 9 cm.

 

 

Im Anschluss habe ich auf den gegenüberliegenden Seiten den Überschuss jeweils halbiert.

I then snipped away the excess in cutting at the half mark. 

 

Auf den übrig gebliebenen Ecken habe ich dann Tombow Kleber aufgebracht. Jeder andere Kleber geht natürlich auch, aber im Gegensatz zum doppelseitigen Klebeband oder Snail hat man mit Tombow noch etwas Zeit die Teile auszurichten.

I applied Tombow glue to the Corners. you can of course use different glue but in comparison with Snail or Sticky Strip I like that with Tombow you've still got time to wiggle it in place.

 

Jetzt noch schnell die Ecken einfalten und schon kann man die Box erkennen.

Now fold the flap inwards, adhere and the box is almost done.

 

 

Nun habe ich noch mit der 1 1/4" Stanze einen Kreis ausgestanzt und mit Hilfe des Lochwerkzeugs in in Box und Kreis ein Loch gemacht, durch welches ich sie mit einem Mini Brad verbunden habe.

I then punched a 1 1/4" circle and with the help of a paper piercing tool made a hole through the circle and the box. I connected both with a Mini Brad.

 

 

Nachdem ich einen kleinen Gruß aus dem Set Perfekte Pärchen gestempelt, ihn mit der Mosaik Stanze ausgestanzt, mit den Schwämmchen umrandet habe, habe ich dies mit einem Abstandskleber nun so auf den Kreis geklebt, dass man den Brad nicht sieht.

After stamping a little sentiment from petite pairs on whisper white I punched it with the Mosaic Punch, sponged it and adhered it to the circle with the help of a dimensional. Take care to cover up the Mini Brad.

Mach was draus Juli / Be creative July

Hallo zusammen,

 

"Mach was draus" ist eine schöne Idee von Anja und Heike. Zu Beginn des Monats bekommt man einen kleinen Brief mit Material und hat dann bis zum Ende Zeit daraus etwas zu basteln. Ich habe mich dafür entschieden daraus ein kleines Danke Schön zu basteln.

'be creative' is a lovely idea from Anja and Heike. At the beginning of every month you receive a letter with the material and craft something with this material until the end of that month. I decided to make a little Thank you gift.

 

Ich habe mit dem Stück Karton in Flüsterweiß angefangen, dass ich auf  13,3 cm x 13,3 cm zugeschnitten und es mit dem Umschlagbrett erst bei 6,7 cm und dann bei 9,5 cm gestanzt und gefalzt.

I cut the whisper white cardstock to 13,3 cm * 13,3 cm and used the envelope punch board to punch and score at 6,7 cm and 9,5 cm.

Die langen Seiten habe ich neben der Falz  1 cm eingekürzt und mit der Häkelbordüre verschönert. Die Ecken habe ich wie abgebildet eingeschnitten.

The long sides I cut down to 1 cm beside the score and punched it with she scallop trim border. I cut little wedges into the corners as shown on the picture.


Nun das doppelseitige Klebeband auf der Außenseite aufgebracht.

I applied the adhesive at the outside of the box.

Den Boden der Box habe ich einem Stück DSP aus in der Größe von 7,8 cm * 3,8 cm beklebt.

I glued a small piece of DSP cut to 7,8 cm * 3,8 cm to the bottom of the box.




Nun die kleine Schachtel wie gewohnt zusammengeklebt.

I assembled the box as usual.

Danach habe ich die Seiten umgeklappt und ebenfalls festgeklebt.

After that I folded in the sides and glued them down.

Das Unterteil der Box ist fertig. Es passen genau vier Riegel Merci Schokolade hinein.

The bottom of the box is completed. I holds four bars of Merci chocolates.

Für den Deckel habe ich ein Stück Farbkarton der Farbe Lagunenblau auf die Größe von 11,2 cm x 7,2 cm zugeschnitten und rundherum bei 1,5 cm gefalzt. Im Anschluss habe ich im Abstand zu 0,5 cm von der Falz ein Fenster reingeschnitten. Auf der Innenseite habe ich über das Fenster ein  Stück Folie geklebt und habe den Deckel zusammengeklebt.

To make the top of the box I cut a Piece of lost lagoon cardstock to 11,2 cm * 7,2 cm, scored each side at 1,5 cm and cut a window in it at 0,5 cm from the score line. From the inside of the box I covered it with window sheet and then assembled the top.


Unterseite und Deckel sind fertig. Auf der Außenseite des Deckels habe ich noch ein Streifen des restlichen DSP aufgeklebt.

Bottom and top are completed. On the sides of the top I later decided to use up the  DSP and added small scraps.

Zur Verzierung habe ich um die Box ein Stück des passenden Bands gelegt und aus dem Glitter Papier mit der Stanze Mosaik drauf geklebt. Als letztes habe ich mit dem Set Eine runde Sache und der Wellenkreisstanze noch einen Gruß hinzugefügt.

For decoration I used the matching ribbon and punched the glitter paper with the mosaic punch. And finally added a Sentiment from the A round Array set (the Matching one would be K is for kindness)

 



 



Mit den Merci befüllt sieht es nun so aus. Und nur so zum Spaß habe ich dann noch die passende Karte dazu gemacht.

Filled with the Merci is looks like this. And just for one I made a matching card to go with the box.

Diesmal gibt's zum Tee auch Kekse /This time it's tea time with a cookie

Hallo zusammen,

nachdem dem letzten Teebeutel Katalog, dachte ich, es wäre doch auch schön, wenn die Kekse direkt mit dabei wären. Also habe ich in meiner Kreativecke mal ein wenig getüftelt und dabei ist folgende Erweiterung herausgekommen. In der Mitte des Katalogs findet sich nun eine kleine Box, in die man die Kekse platzieren kann. Damit genug Platz dafür ist, musste das ganze Gebilde etwas wachsen, so dass die kleinen Umschläge für die Teebeutel nun größer ausfallen.

when I finished my last tea bag folder I thought it might be a good idea if the cookies where included in the folder. So I retreated to my crafting corner and came up with the following variation. There is now a little extra box inside that holds the cookies. For it to provide enough space for the cookies I upsized the envelopes that hold the tea bags.


Ich habe unterschiedliche Farben für die Hülle und die innere Box gewählt und die Umschläge aus selbst gestempeltem DSP erstellt.

I used different colours for the outside wrap and the inner box and made the DSP vor the envelopes myself.

Ihr benötigt folgende Materialien:

Außenhülle Karton(bei mir in der Farbe petrol)
1 mal 29 cm x 9 cm und 1 mal 8,5 cm x 9 cm

Innere Box (bei mir Savanne):
1 mal 21 cm x 12,5 cm

Umschläge für Teebeutel (DSP):
4 mal 14,7 cm x 14,7 cm
Reste für die Verschlussblüten

Zum Dekorieren:

You need cardstock with the following measurements:

cardstock for the outer wrap(I used Island indigo)

Ich habe damit angefangen mir mein passendes DSP zu erstellen und habe dazu eine Blatt DIN A 4 und ein Blatt 30,5 cm  x 30,5 cm Flüsterweiß mit dem Stempelset Secret Garden (leider ausgelaufen, aber nehmt einfach ein Blumenset eurer Wahl) in den Farben Petrol, Kirschblüte, Lagunenblau und Savanne bestempelt.


I wanted customized DSP so I started with the stamp set Secret Garden (which unfortunately is retired now but any flowers will do) and stamped on a piece 30,5 cm x30,5 cm and a DIN A4 with Island Indigo, Blushing Bride, Lost Lagoon and Crumb cake.



Aus dem großen Blatt habe ich dann die vier Stücke 14,7 cm x 14,7 cm geschnitten und mit Hilfe des Umschlagbretts bei 7,7 cm gestanzt und gefalzt.

From the bigger sheet I cut four pieces measuring 14,7 cm x 14,7 cm and used the envelope punch board to punch and score at 7,7 cm.


Auf einem Rest in Flüsterweiß habe ich vier kleine Blüten mit dem Set Petite Petals gestempelt und mit der passenden Stanze ausgestanzt. Wie abgebildet habe ich nun doppelseitiges Klebeband aufgebracht und die Umschläge zusammengeklebt. Als Verschluß dient die Blüte die mit einer Miniklammer angebracht wurde.

On a scrap I stamped a flower from the petite petals set and punched it out with the matching punch. As shown on the picture I applied adhesive and build the envlopes. To close the envelope I used the petite petals which was fastened with a mini brad.

Das ganze mal vier und fertig sind alle Umschläge für die Teebeutel.

Do this with all four envelopes.




Für die innere Keksbox hab ich das Stück Savanne (21 cm x 12,5 cm) mit der kurzen Seite nach oben angelegt auf beiden Seiten bei 2 cm gefalzt und mit der langen Seite angelegt bei 9,5 cm und 11,5 cm. Anschließend habe ich wie auf dem Bild gezeigt eingeschnitten und doppelseitiges Klebeband aufgebracht.

To build the inner cookie box I used the big part crumb cake cardstock (21 cm x 12,5 cm) and with the short side up scored it at 2cm from both sides, with the long sides up I scored it at 9,5 cm and 11,5 cm. I cut it and aplied adhesive in shown at the Picture.


Nach dem Bild fiel mir dann noch ein, dass ich auch die Seiten der Box sowie die Innenseiten und Rückseite für den Katalog noch mit einem Stempel aus  dem Stempelset, das ich für das DSP genutzt habe verzieren könnte und habe die Box danach zusammengebaut.

When I had done the picture I changed my mind and decided to stamp the side of the box aswell as the inner sides and the backsides with the same stamp set I used on the DSP. After that I assembled the box.


Danach habe ich mit der Außenhülle angefangen. Dazu habe ich das lange Stück Petrol mit der langen Kante nach oben bei folgenden Maßen gefalzt: 9,5 cm, 10 cm, 10,5 cm, 11 cm, 14 cm, 14,5 cm, 15 cm 15,5 cm und 25. Das kleiner Stück Petrol habe ich an der kurzen Seite angelegt und bei 4 cm gefalzt. Die Stellen zwischen den Falzen an 10,5 cm und 11 cm sowie 14,5 cm und 15 cm habe ich mit doppelseitigem Klebeband versehen. Hier entstehen dann auf der anderen Seite die Laschen an die die Umschläge für die Teebeutel angeklebt werden.

Then I started with the outer wrap. For this I used my long piece of Island Indigo cardstock and with the long side up I scored it at  9,5 cm, 10 cm, 10,5 cm, 11 cm, 14 cm, 14,5 cm, 15 cm 15,5 cm and 25. The small piece of Island Indigo cardstock I scored with the short side up at 4 cm. On the parts between the scrore lines ad 10,5 cm and 11 cm and between 14,5 cm and 15 cm I applied adhesive. When These parts a glued to togehter they form the tabs that hold the envelopes for the tea bags.



Nachdem die Laschen für die Teebeutelumschläge geklebt waren, habe ich die vorher bestempelten Innenseiten aufgeklebt und auf den Laschen doppelseitiges Klebeband aufgebracht damit die Umschläge nachher angeklebt werden können.

After I glued the pieces for the envelopes I adhered the inside layers to the wraps and applied adhesive to the Tabs that will hold the envelopes.

 

Nun die Rückseite mit dem Savannefarbigen Karton beklebt und auf dem oberen kleinen Stück doppelseitiges Klebeband aufgebracht um gleich das kleine Stück Petrol farbigen Kartons zur Verlängerung für die Verschlusslasche anzukleben.

Now I decorated the backside of the folder with the piece of Crumb Cake that I stamped on earlier and applied adhesive on the top to glue the small piece of Island Indigo cardstock on to build the closing tab.


Um auch einen schönen ebenen Boden zu erhalten habe ich mit einem kleinen Stück Savannefarbigen Karton drüber geklebt.

To get an even bottom I glued a small piece of Crumb Cake over the backside of the tabs.





Nun die Vorderseite und die Oberseite jeweils mit den passenden Savannefarbenen Karton und dem DSP dekorieren. Um den Katalog zu schließen habe ich eine Blüte aus dem Stempelset genommen und nach dem stempeln mit Hilfe der Big shot und dem passenden Framelit Secret Garden herausgeschnitten und die untere Hälfte so angeklebt, dass ich die obere Lasche hinein stecken kann.

Now decorate the the top and the front side with layers from the Crumb Cake cardstock and your DSP. To close the folder I stamped a flower from the Secret Garden stamp set and cut it out with the matching framelits and the big shot. I then glued the lower half to the folder so that I could fold in the upper tab.

Zu guter Letzt die innere Box mittig in zwischen den Laschen aufkleben und die Umschläge ankleben.

Lastly glue the inner box for the cookies in the middle of the two tabs and then adhere the envelopes to the tabs.
